How it works
How a stay collab runs.

Say hello
Send me your listing or website, a few open dates, and what you want more of: bookings, followers or fresh photos. I’ll reply with my rates.

Plan the story
We lock in a vacant night and the package. I send a short shot list built around your best rooms, amenities and the neighborhood, so nothing gets missed.

Stay & create
I check in like any guest and film the real moments: morning coffee, the view, the bed you sink into. I stay out of the way of your other guests and staff.

Deliver & share
Edited Reels and photos arrive ready to post. With the Featured Stay, the Reels also go live on my channels, and you get a 30-day recap of how they performed.

Do you need a free stay?
Yes, a hosted night or two on dates you’d otherwise leave empty, so it never costs you a booking. The content itself is a paid collab.
We don’t have social accounts yet. Can we still work together?
Absolutely. The Featured Stay puts your space in front of my audience, and I can also set up and run your accounts on your own logins.
Where do you travel?
I’m based in Philly and regularly shoot in New York, New England, the Jersey Shore, and countryside getaways. If you’re farther away, ask anyway.
Who owns the content?
You can use everything I deliver on your own socials, website and listing.
